Metin2 26.2 Aamon Legacy: Infernal Dungeons entry requirements, the five difficulty levels, the ticket costs, and the se
Quick summary

Update 26.2, Aamon's Legacy, went live on Metin2 servers on 13 October 2026. It adds instanced solo dungeons called Infernal Dungeons, a Yin and Yang seal system for equipment, new aura outfits, and an event change on the Yohara maps. A channel access test went live the same morning.[1][2]

The short version: at level 75 you can run a solo dungeon for a guaranteed seal every clear, and the difficulty you pick decides how many times you are allowed to die inside it.

Getting into the Infernal Dungeon

The first Infernal Dungeon is Depths of Greed. Four things have to line up before you can enter.[2]

1. Character level 75 or higher.[1]
2. The access quest series completed. Talk to Uriel at level 75 and work through it; a new Taoist NPC appears during the chain.[1]
3. A valid entry ticket of the right level in your inventory.[2]
4. No group. This is a solo dungeon, so you cannot be grouped when you enter.[2]

The ticket is the part that takes time. Level 1 tickets are crafted by combining any three Passage Tickets or Yohara Entry Tickets, with a 70 percent success chance.[2] Three tickets of the same level can be combined into one ticket of the next level, also at 70 percent, and those can carry a random dungeon modifier.[2]

Direct crafting skips the dice roll entirely. It costs 3 Passage Tickets or 200 Infernal Slayer's Seals for level 1, then 9 tickets for level 2, 27 for level 3, 81 for level 4 and 243 for level 5.[2] Tickets made this way cannot have a dungeon modifier.[2] Infernal Slayer's Seals come from the Infernal Dungeons themselves and from Aamon's Lavish Chest.[2]

The five difficulty levels

Higher levels are harder and pay better. The difference that matters most is resurrections, because the run is timed at 30 minutes and you have to kill everything inside it.[2]
  • Level 1: unlimited resurrections.[2]
  • Level 2: 8 resurrections.[2]
  • Level 3: 5 resurrections.[2]
  • Level 4: 3 resurrections.[2]
  • Level 5: 3 resurrections.[2]
Monster level scales to your character level, so you cannot outlevel the dungeon and steamroll it. The entry ticket has to match the level you are entering.[2]

Seven modifiers can be attached to a ticket. Invasion makes Metin stones appear inside. Seal Break raises the Infernal Slayer's Seal drop chance. Loot Luck improves extra item chances. Weakness gives monsters the HP of the level below, and Feeble gives them the damage of the level below. Lucky Devil pays out at the next level up. Elemental Conversion changes the enemies' elements.[2]

Weakness and Feeble are the two worth hunting, because they are the only modifiers that make the level easier rather than more chaotic. Lucky Devil is the opposite, since it pays a higher tier but the dungeon itself does not get softer.

What a run pays

Every successful clear guarantees one Yin or Yang seal plus experience and Yang.[2] A level 5 clear also grants one Seal Fragment.[2] On top of that there is a chance at one entry ticket for the level you just finished and crafting materials for the Infernal costumes.[2]

The guaranteed seal comes with a rule that catches people out. You have to claim or discard it before your next successful run, otherwise the previous one is overwritten. The claim window opens by interacting with the Summoning Staff after a clear, or you can talk to the Taoist at any time.[2]

Seal Fragments are tradeable and 30 of them buy a random Yin and Yang seal from the Taoist.[2]

Infernal costumes

The Taoist crafts weapon, armour and helmet Infernal costumes. Each one costs 15 Infernal Slayer's Seals, 5,000,000 Yang and an Infernal Whetstone, Infernal Plate or Infernal Leather.[2] All three materials come from the Infernal Dungeon: Depths of Greed.[2]

Every Infernal costume gives +5 percent Strong against Infernal Monsters, and the full set adds another +15 percent on top.[2] They last 12 hours.[2]

The Yin and Yang system

Seals are socketed into equipment. The two types do different jobs.[1][2]

Yin seals are triggers. They fire when a condition is met, such as resurrecting, reaching a certain HP value or using an effect.[1] Yang seals are the effects that the trigger activates, including reduced damage while Blood Rage is active, resurrecting with stealth, a chance to shackle enemies or inflict Strong Poison, increased damage based on your HP or SP, and increased damage against monsters with low HP.[1]

Yin talents go on weapons and gloves. Yang talents go on weapons, gloves, helmets, armour or shoes.[2] When a Yin and a Yang talent share a keyword they link automatically, and if several are in harmony only the strongest effect applies.[2]

You manage all of this through the Taoist. Five seal storage slots are available by default, and you can expand them with the Taoist's repeatable quest for +5 slots or with Seal Expansion Tickets from the item shop for +10 slots.[2] Seals cannot be applied to gear bound with a Scroll of Binding, same as other equipment modifiers.[2]

Dungeon rankings

The ten fastest completions are shown in a ranking list, which you can read by talking to the Taoist.[2] Gear is private by default and only appears if the player agreed to show it after finishing.[2] The top three players get an exclusive title for 30, 14 and 7 days respectively, and the rankings reset regularly.[2]

Other changes in 26.2

Three events now run on the Yohara maps as well: the World Boss Event, the Boss Reaper Event and the Monster Bash Event.[1] New aura outfits were added, and they can either be upgraded on their own or projected onto an existing aura to permanently change its appearance. That system is handled by Theowahdan.[1]

The game also gained a Channel Access system on 13 October 2026 as a temporary measure against bot activity.[3] The configurations ran on and off through the autumn. The 20 October 2026 version was channel 1 for everyone, channels 2 to 4 for trusted players, and channels 5 and 6 for Metin+ members.[3] By then it had already been softened once. The team said the Metin+ gate on channels 5 and 6 was never meant for existing servers. It came from an upcoming server launch configuration that was lifted in without adjustment, and it was replaced with the same loyalty restriction the other channels use during the next maintenance.[3]

What to do first
  • If you are under level 75, the Infernal Dungeon is not open to you yet. The access quest only starts at 75.[1]
  • If you are 75 or above, run the access quest chain with Uriel first. Nothing else works until it is done.[1]
  • Save Passage Tickets and Yohara Entry Tickets before you start crafting. Level 1 costs three, and direct crafting to level 5 costs 243.[2]
  • Start at level 1 even if you are well over 75. Monster level scales to you, so the jump to level 5 is the difficulty, not the level gate.[2]
  • Claim your seal before the next run. The overwrite rule is the easiest way to lose one.[2]
  • Check the in-game event UI for the current rotation. Exact times and active events vary by server, and the event UI is where the live schedule shows up.[4]
Common mistakes
  • Trying to enter grouped. It is solo only.[2]
  • Crafting level 5 tickets with the 70 percent combination method. You can lose the material at every step.[2]
  • Assuming a higher ticket level means easier monsters. It means the opposite.[2]
  • Ignoring the resurrection cap. Level 2 gives 8, and levels 4 and 5 give 3.[2]
  • Overwriting a seal by running again before claiming the previous one.[2]
  • Expecting the ranking gear to be visible on everyone. It is opt-in.[2]
  • Treating the channel access table as permanent. The Metin+ gate on channels 5 and 6 was already scheduled for removal at the next maintenance.[3]
