Quick summary

Update 26.2 added a transmutation option for aura outfits. You visit Theowahdan, pay 50,000,000 Yang, and an existing aura permanently takes the appearance of another aura while keeping its own stats and progress. Three new auras arrived with the update, and the old Aura Outfit was renamed.

The three new auras

The changelog lists three additions:
  • Mask Aura
  • Talisman Aura
  • Wing Aura
They look different from one another but are otherwise functionally identical to the existing Aura Outfit. The existing Aura Outfit has been renamed the Power Aura, and the aura level names from Ordinary to Radiant will change to Roman numerals.

Gameforge says it will announce in a separate post when and how the new auras become available. The transmutation system is live, but the new auras themselves may not be obtainable yet.

How transmutation works

Go to Theowahdan and use the new Aura Style option.
  • The aura being transmuted keeps the stats and progress of the main item.
  • Its appearance changes to match the material aura used.
  • The appearance matches the stage of the main aura, not the stage of the material item.
  • The transmutation is permanent.
  • A previously transmuted aura can be transmuted again at any time, and the number of transmutations is not limited.
  • The same appearance can be used as often as you want.
  • If the main aura is improved while transmuted, the appearance of the material aura updates to reflect the new stage.
What it costs and what it destroys

The transmutation is 100 percent guaranteed and costs 50,000,000 Yang. If you hold a Transmutation Ticket, it can be done for free.

The material aura is destroyed in the transmutation, and any experience points on that material aura are lost as well. All auras can be transmuted and all auras can be used as material, including auras that have absorbed bonuses.

If you want the original appearance back, a Transmutation Reversal restores it.

Showing and hiding auras

A new Aura option was added to the system options. Turning it off hides auras regardless of the current effect settings. With the Mask Aura, the mask stays visible even when the effect settings are deactivated.

Transmuted items are marked with a transmutation symbol, and the item tooltip shows the appearance currently in use.
