Metin2 castle siege and guild warfare mechanics

Metin2 castle siege is a large-scale PvP feature where guilds compete for control of strategic map locations. Here is how it works:

Permission requirements
- At least HIGH_WIZARD (permission level 3) is required to participate in or lead castle siege operations. GOD-level administrators (level 4) can declare sieges and manage event flags.

Siege mechanics
- Guilds declare castle sieges through server administration commands. The siege takes place at a scheduled time on a specific map.
- Defending guild members protect the castle, while attacking guilds attempt to capture it.
- Successful siege participants gain control of the castle, which provides ongoing bonuses to the guild, including increased drop rates and access to exclusive NPCs.

Guild warfare
- Guilds can declare ongoing war on each other using the /war command (server-specific syntax).
- War declarations create flagged PvP zones where guild members can attack each other without restrictions.
- War points are tracked, and the guild with the most victories at season end receives rewards.

Strategic importance
- Controlling a castle provides guild-wide benefits including yang bonuses, improved monster drop rates, and access to special crafting NPCs.
- Many servers treat castle ownership as a key indicator of a guild's power and influence.
- Some servers limit castle ownership to one guild per map, creating intense competition.
