Quick summary
The official wiki states that anyone, regardless of level, can open a shop, and that the only restriction is that it can only be opened in the Bazaar map with a certain distance from NPCs. The Bazaar page adds that you pay 5,000 Yang every time you enter, that the Trade Administrator in your town teleports you there, that PvP and PvM are not possible in the map, and that you cannot open shops on the upper floor level near NPCs.
To leave, talk to the Trade Administrator or use the leave button under the minimap. If you entered from Dong Gwang Plain you return there.
The two bundles
A shop needs a bundle item, and there are two kinds.
Click OK to confirm the shop and you turn into a shop that other players can buy from. Click the shop name to close it.
The offline shop
The offline shop is for selling without a second account or leaving the computer on. You open it the normal way with a Bundle or Kashmir Bundle, then use the Personal Premium Shop buff item as well. That item comes from the Premium Shop Random Box and various event boxes.
Once it is used, a status icon appears in the upper left corner showing the time left.

Metin2 Wiki (Gameforge): Bazaar
- Any player can open a private shop, at any level. The only restriction is that it opens in the Bazaar map and away from the NPCs.
- You need a Bundle or a Kashmir Bundle. The plain Bundle comes from the General Store Saleswoman, the Kashmir Bundle from the Item Shop for 9 DC or 50 DM.
- A plain Bundle gives 40 slots, a Kashmir Bundle gives 80 and remembers your item prices.
- The offline shop lets you sell while logged out. It needs the Personal Premium Shop buff item on top of the bundle.
- Sales are taxed 3 percent, or 1 percent from an offline shop.

The two bundles
A shop needs a bundle item, and there are two kinds.
- Bundle. Bought from the General Store Saleswoman. You must take off your armour to use it. A window appears where you enter a shop name, and that name is visible to other players. It has 40 inventory slots. Any tradeable item can be placed in it, priced in Yang or Won, or both.
- Kashmir Bundle. Bought from the Item Shop for 9 DC or 50 DM. It works like the plain Bundle but has 80 slots, it remembers the value of an item if it was placed before, and you can decorate the shop with different layouts and banners.
- Open the inventory and click the Personal Premium Shop button. You enter the password, which is the same as your Storekeeper password.
- Button 1 sets the shop to pending so you can move and edit items. Click it again to reopen the shop.
- Button 2 claims the Yang or Won you earned from sold items.
- Button 3 closes the shop.
- Button 4 shows where you placed the shop when you hover over it.
Tax, price colors and finding items
- Items sold are taxed 3 percent. From an offline shop the tax is 1 percent.
- In an offline shop a Bundle remembers the selling price. A Kashmir Bundle always does.
- Items placed in shops can be found with the Looking Glass and the Trading Glass.
- Price colors: under 49,999 Yang shows grey, 50,000 to 499,999 Yang shows white, above 500,000 Yang shows yellow, items priced in Won show blue, and a red color means you do not have enough money.
