Metin2 emotions: the Emotions tab, the Emotion Mask, the 19 temporary emotions, and the Sung Mahi Tower reward
Metin2 has an emotions system that most players open once and then forget. It lives in its own tab, it needs an item equipped, and one of its rewards is tied to a single tower floor.
Opening the tab
The Emotions tab opens with the B key, or by clicking the status button and then the third tab with the personage icon at the bottom. The tab shows every temporary emotion your character holds.
You must have an Emotion Mask equipped to use emotions. The one exception is the Wedding Map, where any emotion is free to use.
Three rules from the guide are worth knowing before you try one:
The tab has two groups you get without any item. The first is the default dance emotions, which perform a short dance. The second is the default intimate emotions, which perform a kiss or a slap with another player.
The intimate ones need both players to consent by pressing the Emotions button while right clicking. The guide also notes that it is not possible to kiss another player of the same gender.
The temporary emotions
Temporary learnt emotions come from a Bag of Emotions. The bag contains one of the 19 emotions with a 12 hour duration, and you can only hold 12 different emotions at one time. If you receive an emotion you already hold, the time duration is added up rather than replaced.
The guide prints the emotion icons in a table. Its first entry, Tower Action, is the Sung Mahi Tower reward rather than a bag emotion, which is why the table shows 20 rows while the bag description says 19:
One emotion does not come from a bag. Completing the 50th floor of the Sung Mahi Tower lets you claim the reward Tower Action, and activating it gives you the Sung Mahi Tower emotion for 1 year.

[*]What happens if I get a duplicate emotion? The duration is added to the one you already hold.
[*]How many emotions can I hold at once? 12 different ones.
[*]Is the Sung Mahi Tower emotion permanent? No. The guide states it lasts for 1 year.
