Metin2 guild skills: the six war buffs, the two wiki pages that disagree, and the Dragon Ghost Power cost

Quick summary
Guild skills are six buffs that apply to every member of your guild on the same map, and they only work during a guild war or a guild dungeon run. Your guild buys them with skill points and fuels them with Dragon Ghost Power. The three Balathor skills are read out of Balathor's Skill Book instead.
The six regular guild skills
All six unlock at the same time and can be active together.
The Metin2 wiki has two pages for guild skills and they do not match. The Guilds page, which is the one the game links to, calls the critical hit skill Wrath of the Dragon God even though its icon file is named Rage_Of_Dragon_God.png, and it lists Acceleration as 2.1, 4.3, 6.4, 8.6, 10.7, 12.9 and 15 percent. The older Category:Guild Skills page calls the same skill Rage of Dragon God and lists Acceleration as 4.3, 8.6, 12.9, 17.2, 21.5, 25.7 and 30 percent. Both pages carry the same HP, SP, defence, critical hit and casting speed values, so the disagreement is confined to the skill name and the Acceleration column.
The two pages also disagree about who casts. The Guilds page says any member can use the skill, with the effect only working if that member has the Skills permission checked. The category page says the skills are the ones a guild leader can activate during guild wars. Use whichever name your client prints, and expect the Acceleration numbers to differ depending on which page someone quotes you.
What each level gives you
Levels go from 1 to 7, and the percentages climb in steps rather than in a flat line.
Dragon Ghost Power
Casting a guild skill spends Dragon Ghost Power, and it only works while there is enough power left. To refill the bar, open the guild skill tab and pick "restore Dragon Ghost Power". Each point of power costs 100 Yang, and that Yang has to already sit in the Guild Treasury.
The Guilds page lists the power required for a guild war at each skill level: 171, 192, 214, 235, 257, 278 and 300 for levels 1 through 7. The wiki does not say whether that is charged once per cast or once per member, so check the cost in game before a war if the number matters to your treasury.
Skill points
Guild skill points come from levelling the guild: 1 point per guild level. Certain guild levels hand out more points, and up to 25 skill points can be distributed by guild level 40. The maximum level of each skill is 7, except for the Balathor skills, which go to 10.
If you want a different spread, a Guild Contract re-assigns the guild skill points. The Balathor skills do not come back with it and have to be read again.
Who can cast
The Guilds page says any guild member can trigger a guild skill, but the effect only applies if that member has the Skills permission ticked. Dragon Ghost Power is consumed either way. A chat notification names who activated which skill, and every guild member on the same map gets the buff. A status icon appears in the upper left corner for as long as it runs.
The Balathor skills
These three are separate from the six above. They are unlocked when the guild leader, or a member with the combatant permission, reads Balathor's Skill Book. Reading it can fail, and on success it raises one of the three Balathor skills to level 1 at random. Levelling them further uses ordinary skill points, the same as common skills.
The power cost is higher than for the regular skills: 342, 385, 428, an unlisted value at level 4, 514, 557, 600, 643, 686 and 729. The wiki leaves that one cell blank rather than guessing it.
