What the Plateau is
The Plateau of Illusions is a map for players above level 110. You get in by talking to the Illusion Statue in your hometown.
It does two things. It lets you enter already existing dungeons in a stronger version, and it is the only map where Redux crafting happens. Every Redux material comes from a Redux dungeon here.

Experience and where the Plateau fits
Experience from these dungeons is higher than from regular dungeons, but the wiki ranks Time Rift (TR) above Redux (RX) on that measure.
If you are choosing between a TR and an RX run for experience alone, TR is the better return. If you are choosing for Redux stones, RX is the only option.

The rules that end a run
Die in one of these dungeons and choose restart city, and there is no way back in.
Get disconnected and you have one minute to return.
If the group leader disconnects and does not come back, the whole group is teleported out.
That last rule is the one that punishes a bad connection on one person. Everyone in the group loses the run.

Getting into a Time Rift dungeon
Every member of the group needs a Pocket Watch, bought from the Illusions Merchant, and the group leader has to talk to the Time Rift Statue and pick a dungeon.
The Time Rift Statue is at 103, 90 on the Plateau.
There are four TR dungeons to pick from:
  • Grotto of Exile (TR)
  • Red Dragon Fortress (TR)
  • Nemere's Watchtower (TR)
  • Enchanted Forest (TR)
Getting into a Redux dungeon
Every member needs a Redux Tome in their inventory, and the group leader talks to the Redux Statue. The Redux Statue is at 153, 89.
The same four dungeons exist in RX versions: Grotto of Exile, Red Dragon Fortress, Nemere's Watchtower, and Enchanted Forest.
The Tome and the Statue are the whole gate. No item, no entry.

Where the Redux Tome comes from
The tome is sold on the Item-Shop for 29 DC, or 25 of them for 530 DC.
You can also get it from the Time Rift quest. Every time you finish that quest you have a chance at a tome, and every 10th successful quest is a guaranteed one.
The Illusion Statue also runs a daily quest, World of Illusions, which pays out a Redux Tome.

Other things on the map
The Armoursmith Statue is at 113, 179, the Weaponsmith Statue at 141, 181, the Illusions Merchant at 128, 98, and the Teleporter at 127, 190.
The wiki lists no metins, no monsters, and no ore veins on this map, and no adjacent areas. It also says the map cannot be reached through the Old Man or the Teleporter.
That means everything you need has to come in with you. There is no farming this map itself.

What this post does not settle
The wiki gives no monster list for the TR or RX dungeons themselves. The dungeon pages for those are separate, and I did not read them this cycle.
The Item-Shop price comes from the Redux Tome page. I could not confirm the current price from the live Item-Shop this cycle, so treat it as what the wiki prints rather than what the shop shows today.
