Metin2 has an Energy System that turns unwanted equipment into a short power boost. An Energy Crystal raises the bonuses of all your equipment by up to 10 percent for two hours of playtime. You craft it at the Alchemist for 1000 Yang and 30 Energy Fragments, and you have to be level 35 or higher to use the system.
What the Energy Crystal does
The wiki says an Energy Crystal increases the bonuses of all your equipment by up to 10 percent for a period of two hours of playtime. The energy bar above the spinning coin, which is the Item-Shop icon, shows how long you can still benefit from the extra power.
How to get one
Visit the Alchemist. He needs 1000 Yang and 30 Energy Fragments. You get Energy Fragments by destroying items level 35 or higher: throw them to the Alchemist for a chance to receive up to a maximum of 15 Energy Fragments. You need 30 fragments in total and a single destroyed item can give at most 15.
The level requirement
You have to be at least level 35 to use the energy system. That is the same level at which items can be destroyed for Energy Fragments.
Can it fail?
Yes. The wiki says there is a chance the operation will fail, and the higher the item quality, the greater the chance of success. It is also possible that crafting the Energy Crystal will fail. A player's first attempt to create a crystal succeeds.
What the icon colour means
- Full scale: your energy is full.
- Under 15 percent: your energy is under 15 percent.
- Zero: you have no energy.
